Q: Have you ever read a book that you thought you would hate ? Did you end up hating it? Did you end up loving it? Or would you never do that?
Alright, some background on me real quick that I SWEAR has to do with this question and my answer. For 5 years I worked as an Assistant Manger at my local Hot Topic. This was right in the middle of the Harry Potter craze. I got SO annoyed with everything Harry Potter that I vowed to NEVER read these dumb ass books. Well, as luck would have it, my brother had bought the first couple of books in the series to read, really liked them, and told me to read them. And I did. And I LOVED them. I immediately went out and bought all the others (I think Half-Blood Prince had just come out). The rest is history.

Wow, I watched the movies before I ever read any of the books, and I liked the books as much as I liked the movies, which is to say a lot!!
